Operation Procedure:

※ Preparation: Pair the NC program with the raw workpiece by read/write the RFID tag;

※ Loading/Unloading: Put the paired workpieces into the rack, and take away those finished.

Project Highlights:

※ Realize graphite electrode  24h unattended machining, cleaning and inspecting, reduces labor costs and greatly improves production efficiency;

※ Operator load/unload the electrode on the material rack to avoid the influence of human factors on processing;

※ Monitoring production data related, and can be exported in EXCEL form;
